1.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy
General Cancellation Policy
Users may request cancellations and refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to approval. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, provided the request meets the outlined conditions.
Administrative Fees
For any refund request, we reserve the right to deduct an administrative fee of $9.95 to cover processing and transaction expenses. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds :
• Premium Memberships (Once the service has commenced).
• Courses, Mock Tests, and Digital Content (If accessed or downloaded).
• One-on-One Tutoring Sessions (If scheduled and not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the session).
• Subscription-Based Services (Unless cancelled within the first 30 days).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the user has violated our Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent activities.
1.3 Mock Tests & Educational Resources Usage Policy
Our mock tests, practice questions, and educational resources are strictly for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, selling, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.
If you require access to our mock tests or resources for tutoring or instructional purposes, please contact us for bulk licensing options. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to detect potential violations. Users found in breach of this policy may have their access revoked without a refund.
1.4 Premium Membership Terms & Conditions
Premium Memberships provide users with exclusive access to advanced features, premium content, and additional benefits. By purchasing a Premium Membership, you agree to the following conditions :
Termination & Refund Policy
Both the user and the Website administration have the right to terminate a Premium Membership at any time. However, once a service has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
Renewals & Cancellations
• Memberships may be automatically renewed based on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions through their account settings.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, users must cancel their membership at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Premium Membership under the following conditions :
• Violation of our Terms of Use.
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of premium content
• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity
1.5 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, users are required to contact our support team before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, the user’s account may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent transactions will result in permanent account termination and possible legal action
